'I'd love to see Rainn Wilson in this position,' said Mindy Kaling Entertainment Weekly on Thursday. 'Dwight has become so nuanced - you really care about him now. I think if [we have done a good job laying the foundation] this coming season, it would be a fantastic leader. '
